In November 2013, the Yemen ERF has allocated $1,077,978 to four projects. Two projects implemented by the INGOs INTERSOS and Search for Common Ground (SFCG) respond to protection needs of refugees, migrants and asylum seekers. The other two projects are implemented by the UN agency WHO and a national NGO (NNGO), Charitable Society for Social Welfare (CSSW). The WHO project is in the area of health, supporting the reduction of child mortality through a national polio campaign in six governorates. The CSSW project supports the provision of basic health services to IDPs and host communities in Hajjah Governorate. A total of 33 ERF projects have been approved and funded from January to November 2013 for a total amount of $9,565,921.
